Job Description

Designing:

• Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software;  (Skill sets – Autocad , 3d Max and Photo shop)
• Read and interpret blueprints.

Project planning:

• Discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting project schedules
• Coordinate work schedules &following up with concerned authorities to meet work targets.
• Check Quality adherence & inform Architect or company about deviations.

Client & Team Coordination:

• Understanding clients' needs.
• Follow up with client to ensure design specifications have been met.
• Working in a team with architects, contractors, engineers, plumbers to ensure job success.
• Working closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules, with architects and other design professionals to determine the best use of space, and with manufacturers and contractors.
• Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture, and related items.
